The course topics for the Reformer Trainer typically include:

1. Introduction to the Reformer:
   – Familiarization with the components of the machine.
   – Setting up the machine for individual exercises based on the client's condition.

2. Fundamental Principles of Pilates on the Reformer:
   – Correct breathing.
   – Physical alignment.
   – Core engagement.
   – Control and precision.

3. Basic and Advanced Exercises:
   – Over 50-80 exercises using the machine.
   – Workouts for beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants.

4. Exercise Modifications:
   – How to modify exercises based on the age or condition of the trainee.
   – Working with injured or pregnant clients.
   – Preventive exercises.

5. Functional Anatomy and Its Applications.
