The STEPIZONE class is one of the latest developed step training systems that combines safety, effectiveness, and physical challenge. Each session lasts 45 minutes and can burn between 570 to 900 calories depending on the intensity of the performance and the participant's fitness level. The program is designed to be suitable for all age groups, with the ability to modify exercises to accommodate seniors, pregnant women, or those in physical rehabilitation stages.

STEPIZONE stands for Step Intensity Zone, which is the modern and developed form of safe and effective step training.
