Terms And Conditions
1. The course fees not refundable
2. Regarding the practical exam the recording must be done in fitness facility and be commitment to suitable suite.
3. Regarding the practical exam the the student must bring 4 attendances and 1 more for recording.
4. Regarding the practical exam the recording must be from the front with 45 degree and cover the instructor from top to bottom, as well as the attendances must be shown in the video.
5. Regarding the practical exam the records with high quality technology.
6. Regarding the practical exam the sound of instructor and the music must be clear.
7. Regarding the practical exam the stops between the tracks and talking during the class is not allowed.
8. Regarding the practical exam, stopping the recording is not allowed, and if that happened either because of losing the power, getting a call, or press on pause button, you must record a gain from the top.
9. the video must be uploaded privately to any sharing technology (youtube, Dropbox) and is not allowed to be shared on public because it violates the copy rights and will followed by the law.
10. you must send the video between last day of training and the deadline of submit, and any delay happened the instructor will consider as failed and must record a gain within 2 weeks.
11. the master trainer will do the assessments within 7 to 30 days and none of instructor relatives allowed to get in the assessments, or the certificate will be canceled.
12. the certificate for the success instructor will be delivered within 7 days.
13. free second chance for the failed instructor between 7 to 40 days depends on the instructor situation, and in case failed again the instructor can do the exam again but with extra fees and in case failed again then must attend the training again from the top.
14. three free chances for the partially failed after that the instructor must redo the exam fully again. In case failed then can do the last chance with extra fees.
15. In the event of emergency circumstances that occur with the coach: (sports injury – surgery – death – university exams) the coach must bring a medical report in case of injury that prevents him from practicing sports – or a copy of the death certificate or a letter Addressed to the academy by the university supervisor and stamped by the university, proving that the trainer is in an exam period, and accordingly, the federation postpones the trainer’s exam as an emergency exception, according to the required period.
16. at the end of the course then the master trainer job finished officially, and in case she supports the trainee, so it is not allowed to violate her rights and privacy.
17. The Academy reserves the full right to cancel any training course at any time, whether before its commencement or during its delivery, due to organizational reasons, failure to meet the minimum number of participants, or any circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will have the right to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another course, according to their preference.
18. The Academy reserves the full right to take any disciplinary action it deems appropriate, including immediate dismissal from the course or any of its educational programs, against any student proven to have engaged in inappropriate behavior, verbal or physical abuse, insult, or threat directed toward academic or administrative staff or fellow students, or in the event of a violation of the Academy's regulations and accepted code of conduct. In such cases, the student shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund.
19. must arrange with the gym to record the video and consider that the gym have their own schedule, so in case the instructor time not adaptable with the gym then FET academy and the gym not responsible for that, and the instructor must find a place to record the video.
20. In the absence of the trainer for two hours or more or being late, the academy has the right to prevent his / her from testing until he / she attends the next course, and attending the next course will be for free in the same specialty.
21. Circulating or publishing the FET Academy songs or videos, the trainer is subjected to legal accountability under the clause of violating property and intellectual rights, and his / her certificate will be canceled.
22. Programs releases (MMA GX , AEROTENSITY, STEPIZONE , HIPNOTIC , Energy Healing , IRON FET) After the trainer obtains the certificate, he / she should renew the FET Global membership by purchasing new releases every 6 months where the release cost 150 SAR. In case of a delay of 8 months, the Academy has the right to suspend membership and cancel the certificate.
23. If the Fitness Instructor Diploma or Personal Trainer Diploma is completed and the practical and theoretical tests are not submitted within 6 months, the member loses the right to take the test and must re-register for the diploma again
The above-mentioned terms and conditions apply for the majors: Professional Fitness Instructor, MMA CT, Functional Training, in addition to the following conditions:
A – A - The fee for the theoretical test for the EuropeActive (EREPS) system is 600 SAR, and the fee for the practical test is 500 SAR
B – In case the management decided to do the practical exam in the presence for MMA CT or functional specialties, then the exam for the first time will be free of charge
C – The fine of repeating the exam for the second time for the majors: Diploma in Fitness, Functional or MMA CT is 250 SAR
D – The fine of repeating the exam for the third time for the majors: Diploma in Fitness, Functional or MMA CT is 250 SAR
E – The master determines the exam in proportion to the group, and everyone must attend the examination on the specified date by the master.
F- In case of absence, the trainer results will be considered as failed
G – In case of failure in the third time, the trainer must attend the course again.
H- The trainer will be considered to have failed in the event of a delay in submitting requirements and assignments without excuses for a period of more than 3 months without excuses, and he must pay a fine of 250 SAR. In the event of a delay of one year or more, he must pay a fine of 500 SAR and resubmit the assignment.
Any violation for the above terms and conditions, FET academy have the rights to take the required actions as an international fitness company looking for the professionality and upgrade the level of education and thinking for trainees around the world
