Join the STEPIZONE course and become a trainer with an accredited certificate from Euro Reps.

STEPIZONE  
An abbreviation for Step Intensity Zone.  
The new and developed form of safe and effective step training, combining traditional moderate-intensity building methods with high-intensity interval training on a safe low step platform. This training strengthens leg muscles and boosts cardiovascular and respiratory fitness in an environment filled with challenge and enthusiasm.  
STEPIZONE features effective training patterns suitable for all age groups, and sessions can be tailored with easier options for seniors, pregnant women, or individuals undergoing rehabilitation.

Course Price: 235 Bahraini Dinars

Certification:  
This course qualifies you to become a certified trainer with an internationally recognized certificate from Euro Reps, UAE Reps, and Australia Reps. It includes 16 points from the Emirates Fitness Professional Register and automatic access to FET Global membership, with updates on information, releases, and music every six months.

– A certified FET certificate from Reps after passing the practical trainer exam (according to EuroReps standards).
