What is the Mat Pilates Specialization?  
This specialization focuses on increasing balance, stability, body alignment, and strengthening the core muscles.

Neuromuscular training in Pilates contributes to creating a well-proportioned physique through spinal alignment, enhancing rib and shoulder stability, improving control, and strengthening the pelvic floor and internal abdominal muscles.

1. Teaching the fundamentals of Mat Pilates
2. Training on 50 basic technical exercises
3. Steps to increase strength, balance, and stability through practical application

The Pilates Study Library Includes:
1. A beginner Mat Pilates class video (30 minutes) translated into Arabic
2. An advanced Mat Pilates class video with flow exercises (30 minutes) translated into Arabic
3. 50 short videos of basic Mat Pilates exercises
4. Comprehensive theoretical material for trainer preparation and class planning, with detailed explanations of breathing techniques and training techniques, translated into Arabic (280 pages)
5. A special edition on Pranayama breathing that includes 6 instructional videos explaining different types of breathing in Pranayama (You can benefit from these and create a full class titled "Breath/Relaxation/Meditation/Pranayama Class")

Lectures will be held online via Zoom, not recorded, and attendance is mandatory.

Assessment:  
The assessment will consist of 15 positions to evaluate how you deliver the course to clients and what each exercise targets.

Course Fee:  
3,000 Saudi Riyals with the option to pay in four installments through Tabby.

Certification:  
FET accredited certificate with continuing education credits from NASM and AFAA.
