What is MMA?  
MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts, a unique class that combines movements from various martial arts such as:  
Kickboxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Tai Chi, Ninja, and Boxing,  
within carefully designed movement sequences set to energetic music, in a scientific and studied manner.  

This class works on refining the body, sculpting the physique, and burning large amounts of calories in a short time. It also targets difficult areas such as the arms and abdomen.  
This class burns between 600 to 1200 calories in a single session!  

Course Dates: May 7/8/9  
Time:  
✓ Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM  
✓ Friday: 8 AM to 4:30 PM  
✓ Saturday: 8 AM to 2:30 PM  

Training Hours:  
25 – 30 training hours  

Course Location:  
(Riyadh at the Fet Academy)  

Certification:  
This course qualifies you to become a certified trainer with an internationally recognized certificate from:  

Euro Reps

Emirates Reps
Australia Reps 

Additionally, you will be registered in the UAE Fitness Professionals Registry (16 points) and gain automatic membership in fet Global for updates on information, releases, and music every 6 months.
