Group Exercise Program Level 2  
Certified by the Leadership Development Institute  

This program aims to prepare fitness trainers in group training.

The program includes several topics, which are:  
1. Physiology of Sports Training
2. Principles of Group Classes
3. Calculating Rhythm Speeds and Associating Them with the Type of Training Session
4. Calculating Rhythm Speeds and Associating Them with Cardiovascular Training Intensity
5. Calculating Rhythm Speeds and Associating Them with Muscular Intensity
6. Training Blocks Coupled with Music
7. Training Blocks Not Coupled with Music
8. Designing Free Classes for Aerobic Exercise to Music
9. Designing Free Classes for Stick Classes
10. Designing Free Classes for Resistance Bands and Light Weights
11. Designing Free Classes for the Upper Body (UBT) or Lower Body (LBT)
12. HIIT Classes
13. Dance Classes (Hip Hop, Latin, Eastern)
14. Water Class Training (Therapeutic/Aqua Class)
15. Core Class Training (Design/Training)
16. Group TRX Class Training
17. Swiss Ball and Bosu Group Classes
18. Secrets of Choosing Licensed Music for Legal Training
19. Secrets of Managing Large Group Training Sessions
20. Communication and Training Skills in Group Classes
21. International Conditions and Regulations for Group Training

Program Duration: 410 hours  
• Theory: 260 hours
• Practical: 150 hours

Program Price:  
4900 SAR + 500 SAR upon taking the practical exam  
Available for installment through Tabby (3200 SAR + 500 SAR exam fee for trainers in the Personal Trainer program from Fit Academy)

Schedule:  
From Sunday to Tuesday from 10 PM to 12 AM  
Live on Zoom  
Practical sessions on Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM for four weeks  

Certification:  
Trainer accreditation is obtained after passing the exam:  
• Accreditation from the Leadership Development Institute will be granted upon passing the exam.
